Man did this holiday approach quickly. I’m not quite sure how but we got almost everything purchased by last night. 10:45 was when we left the last store (and where we finally met up) – and Sue had tons of stuff in her hand. Fortunately, she has purchased almost everything I need to give her, so my part is done. She has little for me as of yet – mostly because I didn’t purchase it myself.
Today is a short day – although it started early. The big bosses are feeding us for lunch. It will be mostly edible – but the price is right.
Opportunities abound. A phone call last night on my way home certainly showed that. I sent a note today and will work over the weekend to send qualifications to a former co-worker. It’s an interesting opportunity and I’m anxious to learn more about it.
